What we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect only what you give us:

• Your work email address.
• The type of work you install most, so we understand who we are building for.
• Anything else you choose to send us, for example a reply to one of our emails.

We do not ask for payment details to join the waitlist, and we do not collect sensitive personal information.

Why we collect it

• To contact you about early access, pricing, and onboarding.
• To understand the mix of trades on the waitlist so we prioritize the right features.
• To respond to questions you send us.

We use your details only for the reasons above. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we will not add you to unrelated marketing.

Who can see it

Your information is handled by our small team and by the trusted services we use to run the waitlist, such as our form and email providers. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms, and only to deliver the service. We do not share your details with advertisers.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist details until we open Greenlight to everyone or you ask us to remove them, whichever comes first. After that, we delete or anonymize what we no longer need.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from any email using the link in that email.
• Ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete your information at any time.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and move the date at the top. For meaningful changes we will let waitlist members know by email.
